I’m a pure sucker for a bronze color scheme because I know it will always look good on me! When I saw the post leading up to the launch of the Morphe 35G Bronze Goals Palette I was like “yup I’ll be getting that!” Sure enough I went to my local Morphe store and snatched up the palette the day of the launch without any hesitation.
I’ve used the palette a handful of times and even created a few good looks which I have a tutorial for here, so let me spill the tea..
- PROS
- Overall the color story is GORGEOUS and perfect for year-round use, but a total summer vibe!
- Blends pretty well and different finished work well together.
- Doesn’t have insane amounts of fallout – just some with the black shade.
- 35 shades which can create a variety of looks.
- Budget friendly for $25 about $0.72 per shade.
- Suitable for a variety of skin tones.
- Buildable intensity and you can use a wet brush to really amp up the shimmers.
- Balanced proportions of mattes & shimmers.
- Beginner friendly.
- Can buy at Morphe store (sold out online) and at Ulta here.
- CONS
- Names not on palette, but on clear plastic insert #awkward.
- Some color overlap with gold shades – it could have used a good orange matte and/or shimmer to really pop in the palette.
- Does not swatch as well as it performs.
- Seems as if it is a limited edition palette and I would love for it to stay.
- Side note – the gloss set in the collection is absolutely dreamy so check it out here. I skipped out on the bronzer and liquid illuminator drops.
Overall I’m here for this palette and just wondering if this one will make it into your collection?! You can shop the palette here!
