- Anissa is a beauty and fashion enthusiast and has been one since her childhood. Growing up Anissa would play in makeup, do her friends nails, and use her mother’s perfume (at the age 5). She continues to be the glam guru in her friend circle. Naturally this is what has inspired her to blog and share how her audience can create their own world of glam.
- A Daytona Beach native, Anissa went to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. At Florida Atlantic University Anissa’s began to bridge her passion for beauty & fashion into social media content. Anissa was a host for Hootie Talk on the university’s TV station OwlTV. On the show she work on camera and behind the scenes. The show featured content for college women. She majored in marketing. Anissa now resides in Tampa, Florida where she works and runs her blog.
- Anissa currently works as a department manager at Nordstrom. She start with Nordstrom in 2012 and found her passion helping people explore fashion. Anissa’s love for helping people discover amazing products in the workplace has fueled her blog. This keeps Anissa’s content authentic, relevant, and inspiring.
- In her spare time Anissa loves traveling. Anissa loves exploring a city and seeing historic sites. When Anissa is not playing in makeup you can find her working out, hanging out with her cat Nala, reading, or listening to a podcast. Anissa also enjoys spending time with friends and family. Anissa loves a good girls night to share a bottle wine, make tacos or just glam up and go out. Anissa’s favorite date night with her boyfriend is dinner with a movie.
