We can all agree that booties are a key part of your shoe wardrobe right? Now there are plenty of choices and I know we’ve all seen so many year after year, but if you still need to find the one I did for you! The Marc Fisher LTD Oshay bootie has been not only a favorite of mine, but of those who shop my exclusive style picks on LikeToKnow.it. I discovered this bootie during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and so happy that I did. Since then I’ve been sharing it like crazy because everyone needs to know about this bootie.
The Oshay bootie is perfect for so many reasons but I’ll lay out 5 reasons why it is for you!
Color options
First the color options in this bootie is SPOT ON! There are a few solid colors to cover your neutral needs, then a printed snake print which you could also not go wrong with! Now the cloud and tan color are in a suede finish.
Don’t be intimidated by suede. I’ve had customers afraid to buy suede because they may ruin it and unsure about the care. You just need a little suede protector to coat about every 3 months. That will help the shoes be water resistant, not waterproof, and avoid unsightly color changing.
The heel on this bootie is considered high, but I will say it’s a workable height. The heel is 3 ¼” high and a stacked block heel, which is what makes it easier to walk in. The overall pitch (the angle in which the shoe slopes) makes walking in these easier than some other booties.
The others are finished in leather, still don’t forget to care for them! Keep a neutral polishing sponge on hand to condition and restore the leather.
Silhouette
The Oshay bootie is seriously flattering on the foot. The opening isn’t too narrow so if you have a fuller ankle this style can still work for you. Keep in mind while this bootie doesn’t have a zipper, it does have elastic on the side to accommodate putting on the bootie.

Price
This Oshay Bootie is regularly priced at $189.95 at Nordstrom. While this regular price is steep, it is an investment that will get a good cost per wear. Lately during the holiday shopping season these have been on promotion sales taking them as low as $95.
Styling
I have worn these booties with nearly everything!!! They can be dressed up or dressed down. The Oshay Bootie looks great with any cut of jeans just as they do with skirts and dresses. That’s what is so fabulous about this bootie, when you get it your shoe wardrobe is covered!
Fit tips
- If you’re in between sizes size up
- Can run a little narrow so if they feel snug and not uncomfortably tight, you can easily have these stretched.
